It’s summertime: the weather is gorgeous, the kids are out of school, and it seems everyone wants time away from the office for some fun in the sun!  With so many employees asking for time off, and some of them asking at the last minute, it’s easy for businesses to find themselves short staffed during the summer months.  But the work still needs to get done.  So how does a business efficiently manage so many time-off requests?
