Just one calendar day separates 2014 from 2015, but the face of the workplace is going to be much changed in 2015—much younger. This is the year that millennials will outnumber baby boomers in the workplace. This year, the majority of the workforce will be in their 20s. And by the end of 2015, Generation Z (born 1994–2010) will be graduating college, ready to enter the workforce. (more…)
