Kathi Guiney SPHR, GPHR
As the president of YES!, Kathi Guiney is an experienced Human Resources executive with a unique and successful track record. With her can-do attitude and exceptional customer service, she successfully applies operations and employee management to deliver significant, sustainable business improvements. Together with her ability to partner with senior executives and management teams, these skills achieve results that boost company productivity and profitability.
Kathi’s background includes executive-level HR positions at both publicly and privately held companies in the service, manufacturing, entertainment, and high technology industries. Her practical background is supported by advanced certifications as a senior and global HR professional. Kathi is known as an effective change advocate in periods of rapid expansion, including start-up and pre-IPO preparation, and merger and acquisition integration.
Kathi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon, Eugene. She is also on the board of directors of the nonprofit Mariposa Women and Children’s Center.

Sara J. Snoy SPHR, CCP, GRP
Sara J. Snoy’s extensive corporate HR management experience reaches across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, services and high technology. Her advanced certifications in compensation and global remuneration have yielded unique expertise in compensation and benefits, employee and supervisor training, and organization restructuring and design.
Sara puts her special skills to work as a well-regarded compensation and compliance instructor for WorldatWork. She has created many customized training programs on various HR topics, including compliance; management development, such as “Giving and Receiving Feedback”; and many more. Sara is sought out by YES! clients for her compensation, compliance and training expertise. Beyond her specialized training, Sara’s generalist background includes international experience from a corporate as well as an expatriate perspective in both senior executive and line capacities.
Sara eagerly brings her energy and responsiveness to every client interaction. YES! clients especially appreciate her ability to balance strong business insight with sensitivity to employee relations, creative problem-solving skills, and a light-hearted sense of humor.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial relations from the University of Arizona, and is on the teaching faculty of WorldatWork (formerly American Compensation Association).
